What I do: As DI’s Data Scientist in Washington DC, I work closely with US-based stakeholders to monitor global policy processes, especially those surrounding poverty, data quality and transparency. In addition to attending external engagements and conducting policy research, I provide technical support for internal web-development and data-science.
Previous experience: MA in Public Policy and BA in International Relations from the College of William & Mary, Williamsburg. Prior to joining DI, I worked for the AidData Centre for Development Policy and spent six months interning with the UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Financial Tracking Service in Geneva, Switzerland.
